Give me a Break!

In the video-art performance 'Give me a Break!' two angels are at the loo. They appear in different gestures..their movements are slow. I made this videoprojection for the Artshow 'Weespers aan de Wand'.

It was shown during the Pinksterweekend 2019 in the Van Houtenkerk in Weesp, The Netherlands. Searching for a nice balance between movement and rest, in this artwork I express the feeling of being an angel to others all the time. Every now and then you need time to relax and focus on your self.
